Cameron changes the music to my website…that is part of it…the song just makes me cry. Everytime I finish editing a senior job and post the images on my site for  preview,  tears run down my face when I watch it. Max cannot relate! I just can’t believe Cameron is a senior!! I am going to be a complete mess when I preview his senior pics!! Time just passed too quickly!

And another job released…Katy!

Jennifer, yours is ready and I will not go to bed tomorrown night until I release Katie’s and Plano East Homecoming. I am doing my best to catch up! I had five papers due before five today. One more month to go and I will have my Masters. I have to pinch myself to believe it!!

New song on the website! Cameron always gives me a hard time with my choice of songs so I let him choose this one. I love it but it does make me cry!

Thank you Jennifer!! Lots of jobs will be released this week. I had a wonderful shoot today with a great family I just met. Mom looks like Sandra Bullock! If I could be so lucky!

Sweet, sweet Sarah!

I have known this little girl since she was an infant. I always look so forward to seeing her and her mother. Mom is so creative…she is a photographer’s dream. She has a way of incorporating great props and they never look cheesey…she definitely has an eye! I just learned she was a fantastic gymnast!

Our last shoot was in intense heat this summer.  It was stressful to say the least – two year olds and heat do not mix very well! With the help of grandma, we managed to pull out some nice images. Mom was hot but we all survived.

Fast forward to last week….now it was me who became stressed. All two year olds are busy…Sarah was as happy as could be but I could not keep her in one spot. I was wishing I had a remote clickersarah 1 resize sarah 5 resizesarah 6 resizesarah 8 resizesarah 8bw resizesarah 13 resizesarah 16 resizesarah 17 resize(I may invest in one!) and was trying so hard to get those smiles. I put pressure on myself because I know mom drives a way to visit me and I wanted her to have some great images. By putting pressure on myself for smiles, I was overlooking what we did capture. It was not until I opened the files that I saw we got some great expressions from a very beautiful little girl. Some of these I would blow up big….I like them that much! Lesson learned….be openminded, have fun, and wait and see! Love you guys and enjoy!!

It was a thrill to be able to spend time with Logan. Last time we spent quality time together he was in cub scouts and I was his fearless den leader. We talked alot about memories…cubscout daycamp, pack meetings, pinewood derby. I remember Logan so well; he was such a well behaved little boy amongst many crazy ones! He still is just as sweet! Congratulations!logan 3 resizelogan 4 resizelogan 6 resizelogan 7 resizelogan 10 resizelogan 11 resizelogan 1 resize
