I hope everyone is surviving the heat! As for the Harris,’ daily trips to  Ice Wizards seems to do the trick!

Speaking of tricks, my niece is visiting from Phx. She and Carson are taking gymnastic classes this week. They have had so much fun!  We are having such a great summer. It is a nice break from teaching. Although I still have course work and photography, I have had more time to relax than I have had in a long time.  Family tradition is no bedtime in the summer (I know, I know!!!!) and I am not sure how I will ever transition Carson back to school routine. Thankfully, I have awhile before that happens!

I am excited…my adapter for my lights should arrive today! I cannot wait to get started! And my canvas for Carson should arrive too! Whoo hoo!

If anyone is looking for something to do 17 Again is at the dollar movie theatre. It is PG 13 for a reason (fyi). I went late last night and so enjoyed it! It was too funny and poor Adam Lambert has been replaced. My new boyfriend is  Zac Efron. He is gorgeous! Oh, I am not sure I wished I was 17 again, but I sure wish I looked 17 again.I lifeguarded the summer before my senior year which explains the tan. Well, the hair – I have always had straight hair but got caught up in the 80’s perm craze!  I wasn’t crazy about the perm and this was before flat irons so I tried to use hot rollers to tame it. I did not do a very good job!
